Paddock to Plate – Nive Beef Jerky began on our family cattle property near Augathella, Queensland, where quality beef and honest country methods have always mattered. Today, we still make jerky the same way we believe it should be: small-batch, carefully seasoned, and slowly dried for rich flavour and the perfect chew.

- Marinate – We start with our family recipe, marinating each batch to build rich, authentic flavour.
- Slow Dry – Then it’s slow-dried to lock in taste and create that perfect jerky texture.
